Hamburger Stroganoff

1 lb High Ridge Beef ground beef

1 tbsp dried minced onion

½ tsp minced garlic

2 tbsp flour

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken if you aren’t into mushrooms)

1 cup sour cream

1 package egg noodles, cook as package directs

Parsley for garnish

1. Cook hamburger with onion and garlic until fully browned.

2. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper

3. Add soup to skillet and simmer on low for 5 minutes

4. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream until everything is completely combined

5. Serve over noodles and sprinkle with parsley
