We recommend a half of beef if you’re ordering for a family of 4-5. With this order you can look forward to roasts, steaks, and plenty of other options!
The nonrefundable deposit is $350 and final cost will be based on the hanging weight. Hanging weight for a half varies from 425-525 lbs and our price is $3.50/lb hanging weight for a half. We have included processing costs in our total estimate for you, but processing costs are paid directly to the processor and vary from $1.00-$1.09/lb depending on processor and hanging weight. Your beef will be ready for pickup approximately 2 weeks after the appointment date. We have delivery options to Lincoln, NE, Enid, OK, and Longmont, CO for a $50 delivery fee that you can select at checkout.
