Beef Brisket

1 High Ridge Beef Brisket

Seasoning of choice

Apple Juice

1. Make sure the brisket is fully thawed and trim the fat off.

2. Season with a dry rub of your choice and let it marinate in the fridge overnight. Even salt, pepper, and garlic work great!

3. Preheat your pellet grill to 225 F then place brisket directly on grill grates. Put a drip tray under the grill grate and fill half full with apple juice. Smoke until the internal temperature is 165 F (about 5-7 hours) spraying the brisket with apple juice once an hour to keep moist.

4. Remove brisket from grill, wrap it in heavy-duty foil, return to grill and smoke until internal temperature reaches 200 (about 3-5 more hours).

5. Let the brisket rest for 30-60 minutes and then cut it against the grain.

6. Enjoy with your favorite BBQ sides!
