Grilled Beef and Veggie Kabobs
1 package High Ridge Beef stew meat OR sirloin steak cut into cubes
1 bag baby potatoes
1 zucchini
3 TBSP vegetable oil
Your favorite seasoning (we love Jim Baldridge Secret Seasoning)
Metal or wooden kabob sticks (be sure to soak wooden ones for 20 minutes in water)
1. Add baby potatoes to a pot and cover with water, bring to a boil and cook for just a few minutes to start the cooking process.
2. Slice zucchini into medallions trying to make them all the same thickness so they cook evenly.
3. Skewer the beef, zucchini, and potatoes on the kabobs alternating pieces.
4. Brush the veggies with oil and liberally sprinkle the kabobs with your favorite seasoning
5. Grill kabobs over medium heat, turning them often, until the beef is well browned and vegetables are tender. (about 12-15 minutes)
