Cheeseburger Soup
1 lb High Ridge Beef hamburger
2 tbsp dried minced onion
1 cup diced celery
1 tsp parsley
1 tbsp basil
3 cups chicken broth
3 potatoes, diced
1 cup diced carrots
¼ cup flour
1 ½ cup milk
8 oz velveeta
¼ tsp pepper
¾ tsp salt
1. Brown hamburger with onion, celery, parsley, and basil until beef is fully cooked
2. Bring the chicken broth to a boil and add the potatoes and carrots, cook until veggies are tender
3. Mix together the flour, milk, velveeta, salt, and pepper then add to the broth mixture and cook until the velveeta is melted.
4. Stir in meat mixture and enjoy!
