Taco Hamburger Helper

1 lb High Ridge Beef hamburger

1 cup salsa

1 tbsp cumin

1 tbsp chili powder

½ tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

2 cups water

1 (10oz) pkg pasta of choice

1 cup milk

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1. Brown the ground beef over medium heat, until browned. Add the salsa and taco seasonings

2. Increase the heat to medium high until the mixture begins to simmer.

3. Stir in the uncooked noodles and water and reduce heat to low, cover and allow to cook for 10-15 minutes.

4. When noodles are just tender, remove cover and stir in milk and shredded cheese. Continue to stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens to your liking.

5. Serve with tomatoes, cilantro, and Greek yogurt on top if desired!
