Cheesy Beef Dip
1/2 lb. High Ridge Beef ground beef
10 oz can of Rotel
16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
Splash of milk (the more you add the thinner the dip)
1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet.
2.Once meat is fully cooked stir in cubed cheese, rotel, and milk.
3. When cheese is completely melted your dip is ready to enjoy with your favorite chips, raw veggies, or baguettes!
Tip: Pour dip into crockpot and set to low to keep warm
