Skillet Taco Bowls
1 lb. High Ridge Beef hamburger
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 bell pepper, chopped
½ onion, chopped
1 pkg cauliflower rice
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can black beans

1. Spray a large sauté pan with cooking spray and warm over medium heat.
2. Sauté pepper and onion 1/2 cup water until tender, stirring them occasionally as they cook.
3. Once vegetables are cooked to your liking, remove from pan and set aside.
4. Add hamburger to the pan, breaking it up as it cooks. Add seasonings to the meat in the last few minutes while the meat is cooking.
5. When the hamburger is no longer pink, add the vegetables back to the pan along with the cauliflower rice and tomatoes.
6. Serve with toppings of choice if desired.
