Saucy Cocktail Meatballs
1 lb. High Ridge Beef hamburger
2 tbsp bread crumbs
1 egg lightly beaten
½ tsp. salt
⅓ cup chopped green pepper
⅓ cup chopped onion
2 tbsp butter
1 can tomato soup
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp vinegar
1 cup grape jelly
1. Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
2. Shape into 50 meatballs. You can use a small cookie scoop to make the job easier!
3. Brown in skillet and transfer meatballs to a crockpot.
4. In a separate saucepan sauté peppers and onions in butter.
5. Stir in remaining ingredients with peppers and onions, heat to a simmer.
6. Pour sauce over meatballs in crockpot.
7. Cook on low for 2 hours.
