Beef and Noodles

1 High Ridge Beef roast

1 package Kluski noodles (or any thick egg noodle you prefer)

Water

1. Cook roast in a crockpot on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-6 until cooked through.

2. Remove roast from the crockpot and pour all the beef broth liquid the roast created into the pot you will use to boil the noodles in.

3. Add the noodles to the pot with beef broth and add enough water to cover the noodles completely. Cook as directed on package.

4. While the noodles cook, shred the roast using 2 forks.

5. Add the shredded beef to the cooked noodles and stir to combine. Drain as much liquid as you want to get desired consistency. Enjoy as is or serve over mashed potatoes!
