Beef Fajitas

1 package of High Ridge Beef fajita meat

2 bell peppers

1 onion

2 tbps vegetable oil

2 limes

1 package of fajita mix

1 bunch of cilantro

1 avocado

Optional Topping: Cheese, sour cream, salsa

1. Place peppers, onion, and meat in a big bowl and drizzle vegetable oil and lime juice on top.

2.Season with a package of fajita spice mix.

3.Place all items on a foil covered baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

4.Bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes. Top with cilantro and avocado and enjoy!
