Crock Pot Beef and Barley Stew

1 lb High Ridge Beef stew meat, thawed

4 cups water

2 cups tomato juice

2 tsp Jim Baldridge Secret Seasoning

½ cup chopped onion

4 cups diced potatoes

1 cup diced carrots

1 ½ cups canned corn

½ cup medium pearled barley

½ cup elbow macaroni

1. Put beef, water, tomato juice, seasoning, and onion in a crock pot and cook on high for 6 hours.

2. Add potatoes, carrots, and corn and cook for another hour.

3. Add barley and macaroni and cook for one more hour and enjoy!
