Carne Guisada
2 lbs High Ridge Beef chuck roast, trimmed and cubed
2 cups beef broth
½ cup chopped green chilis
1 ½ cups canned, diced tomatoes, undrained
1 tbsp chopped jalapenos
1 tbsp chili powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Add all ingredients into a crock pot and cook on low 8-10 hours or until beef is tender!
We like to serve with rice and some extra greens such as a salad or broccoli.
