Big Mac Salad
1 lb. High Ridge Beef hamburger
1 TBSP dried chopped onion
1 head romaine lettuce hearts (or lettuce of choice)
1 cup tomatoes, diced
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1000 island dressing
dill pickles
1. Brown hamburger with onion, drain any grease and set aside to cool
2. Wash and chop or tear lettuce and put in large bowl
3. Top lettuce with diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, browned hamburger, and dressing. Garnish with pickles and enjoy!
