Green Pepper Skillet
1 lb. High Ridge Beef hamburger
1 TBSP dried chopped onion
2 green bell peppers, diced
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 cup of rice, cooked
⅛ tsp garlic
1 tsp salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1. Brown hamburger with the dried onion.
2. Add green pepper to pan and sauté until tender.
3. Add tomato sauce, cooked rice, garlic, salt, and cheese. Stir together and cook until cheese is melted
