Steak Breakfast Burritos

1 package High Ridge Beef top sirloin

3 eggs

1 red bell pepper

4 soft tortillas

1 avocado

1 bunch of cilantro

1. Thaw sirloin meat ahead of time and cook until the desired pink

2. Set beef aside and cook peppers and eggs in skillet

3. Add all ingredients into soft tortillas, roll into a burrito, and sear in skillet

4. Garnish with cilantro and avocado and enjoy!
