favorite seasoning, we love Jim Baldridge Secret Seasoning

1. Thaw HRB tenderloin filets in the refrigerator one to two days before grilling.

2. Once meat is thaw, season the filets and let them rest at room temperature while you preheat the grill to medium-high heat, about 450 degrees. Our favorite seasoning to use is Jim Baldridge Secret Seasoning!

3. Place tenderloins on the grill and close the lid. Grill five-ten minutes on each side, depending on how you like your meat cooked (about 5 minutes for rare - 10 minutes for well done).

4. Once you remove from grill, let your filets rest for 5 minutes before cutting into them.
