Taco Soup
Serves: A family of 7 (You can easily ½ the recipe!)
Time: One hour stove method, 3-4 hour crockpot method

TACO SOUP


Ingredients:
2 lb High Ridge Ground Beef, cooked and drained
2 can Black beans (drained)
1 can Pinto beans (drained)
1 can Great northern beans (drained)
1 can Kidney beans (drained)
2 cans Whole kernel corn (drained)
2 cans Diced tomato
1 can Chopped green chiles
2 pkgs Powdered ranch dressing mix
2 pkgs Taco seasoning mix (or spices)
1 Green pepper, red pepper, and onion chopped and sautéed in butter (optional)

Directions:
Mix all ingredients and simmer for one hour or throw in crockpot all day on low
Serve with sour cream, tortilla chips, cheese, etc
